Menu Item "Requirement Types"
The types of competencies in your company are divided into three hierarchically ordered categories:
- Requirement Types (e.g. Care)
- Skills (e.g. Basic Skills)
- Individual Tasks (e.g. Pediatric Nursing)
Requirement types represent the highest hierarchy level.
There is always a 1:n relationship between the individual hierarchy levels.
Requirement Types
| Requirements Profile | Enter an exact name for a requirement type. |
| Conversation Content | Enable this option (default) if you want to use/consider this requirement type in employee conversations. |
