Standard Measures

A standard measure is a measure that is carried out regularly or repeatedly in your company.

If needed, you can also assign a fixed interval to a measure (e.g. annually, quarterly).

A standard measure is added to your measure catalog and can therefore easily be carried out again at any time via measure assignment.

To declare a measure as a standard measure, this setting must be met in the measure catalog:

The training must be marked as a standard measure.

Note:

Only an administrator or someone from HR can make these settings in the base data.

Suggestions are defined in the measure details.

Suggestions must be processed by an administrator or someone from HR, since only they hold the necessary permissions.
