Target/Actual Assessment Individual Task

Here you see the employee's individual tasks organized by position.

In addition, the TARGET and ACTUAL fields show how many target points are required for the individual task at the respective position, and how many points the employee actually achieved.

If the ACTUAL value is lower than the TARGET value, the checkbox in the Deviation table column is enabled.
