"Goals" Tab

Here you can record individual goals for the employee, whether self-set or suggested by you.

GoalDefine the goal for an employee.
Target dateBy which date should the goal be achieved?
CategoryWhat kind of goal category is this (e.g. personal goal, company goal)?
Current roleIf the goal relates to the employee's current role in your company, check this box.
New roleIf the goal relates to a new role you want to qualify the employee for, or one the employee would like to hold in your company, check this box (e.g. for retraining).
AssessmentAssess the goal (e.g. goal achieved, goal not achieved).
