Menu Item "Position ◄► Individual Tasks"

Here you assign the associated individual tasks to your positions and determine the weighting of the individual tasks in the overall assessment of your employees.

Ribbon

Individual Task/Position Assignment	Opens the Individual Task - Position Assignment menu.
Individual Task/Employee Assignment	Assigns the selected individual task to all employees of the assigned position.

Position ◄► Individual Tasks Assignment

For each assignment, this view shows you a record with the corresponding information.

Individual Task	Shows the assigned individual task.
Weighting	Edit the weighting of the individual task for the position.
Position	Shows which position the individual task is assigned to.
Skill	Shows which skill the individual task belongs to.
Target	Enter the minimum target that your employees should reach in this individual task at the respective position. The qualification levels are used for the target.
