Menu Item "Additional Skills"
The "Additional Skills" menu item allows you to record grouped additional information of any kind.
Additional Skills
In the Groups tab you can record various types used for grouping.
In the Individual Skill tab you can record various additional skills that are assigned to a group.
The Skill Parameter column is used for special filtering in the skill parameter evaluation.
The available categories are defined in the qualification levels, and these individual skills can then be set in the employee details.
