Evaluation

A special tabular evaluation view showing all users and all learning topics / instructions with effectiveness reviews.

You can view the following information:

Participant	This column shows the name (first and last name) of a user
Department	This column shows the user's department
Function	This column shows the user's function
Learning Topic	This column shows the user's learning topic
Completed On	This column shows you when the user completed the learning topic.
Due By	This column shows you by when the user had to complete the learning topic.
Status	This column shows the status (e.g. open, completed) for processing the learning topic.
Reviewer	This column shows the username of the reviewer for the effectiveness review.
Review Date	This column shows you when the effectiveness review took place.
OK	This column shows you whether the effectiveness review was overall not OK () or OK ().

You can use these functions:

CSV Export	Exports all user data shown in the table to the file "Benutzer Liste Stand vom <today>.csv" as a CSV file. The CSV file contains the fields listed in the table as columns.
Print	Opens the browser's print preview for this table (for example, in Google Chrome):
Clear Filter	Clears all filters / settings for the user data selection, and after clicking this button, all available records are displayed.
