Measure Planning

In the previous steps, you saw how to create your master data and carry out employee assessments.

If you identify a deviation from the target for one or more employees in a decisive task area based on the recorded data and assessments, Q-Matrix™ gives you the option to plan training and qualification measures.

In this chapter, you will learn how to create and manage such a measure.

To prepare measure planning, the measure catalog must be populated.

To do this, a new measure must be created via the ribbon.

  • In the first step, enter the topic of the measure.
  • In the second step, set the required information in the training details screen.

Once some measures are included in the measure catalog, you can start creating new measures for employees.
