Menu Item "User Management"
User management offers you functions for managing the user structures.
The individual user roles are assigned various rights regarding the availability of system areas/menu bars/functions.
Q-Matrix™ currently supports the following user roles:
| Administrator | The Administrator can access all areas and functions in the program |
| HR Department | In the HR Department user role, you have access to all menu items except User Management. |
| Training Center | Based on the HR Department role and can see some additional menu bars and thus menu items compared to the manager role. These are Measures/Training Courses, Training Planning, and Assignments & Statutory Training. |
| Area, Team, Department Manager | In these roles (managers) you have no access to master and basic data or the administration area. In the evaluation and qualification area, only the employees from the respective area, team, or department of the user are shown. |
| Employee | Employees are all users and can only log in to a few modules (Q-PORTAL, Q-GUIDE) of Q-Matrix™. |
| Coaches | Based on the HR Department role and can see some additional menu bars and thus menu items compared to the manager role. These are Measures/Training Courses, Training Planning, and Assignments & Statutory Training. |
| Dispatcher | Based on the Department Manager role but can only view measures management. Furthermore, many menu bars and menu items are function-reduced, and personal data cannot be viewed. |
| Moderator | Based on the Department Manager role but can only view measures management, training planning, and external persons. Furthermore, many menu bars and menu items are function-reduced, and personal data (except external persons) cannot be viewed. |
| Department Moderator | Corresponds to the manager roles with access to training planning. |
| HR Assistant | Corresponds to the HR Department role without access to employee interviews or their details. |
| Participant Moderator | A role for managing all persons, including training planning. |
| Participant Assistant | Corresponds to the Participant Moderator role without access to employee interviews or their details. |
| IT Admin | A role for access to all system settings of Q-Matrix™ as well as the Q-Engine functions. |
| Department Assistant | Corresponds to the Department Administrator role without access to employee interviews or their details. |
| Department Administrator | Similar to the manager role, but with access to training planning, Q-Guide evaluation, and external persons |
