Menu Bar "Documents/Proofs"
The menu items of the Documents/Proofs menu bar are as follows:
| Documents Overview | Shows you the existing and missing documents of employees in a matrix display |
| Proofs Overview | Shows you the existing and missing proofs of employees in a matrix display |
| Standard Documents | Shows you the standard documents in use in a tabular overview |
| Document Types | Shows you the document types in use in a tabular overview |
| Documents ► Employee | Opens a wizard for assigning standard documents to an employee |
| Documents ► Position | Opens a wizard for assigning standard documents to a position |
