Creating the Qualification Structure

The types of qualification structure in your company are organized into three hierarchically ordered categories:

  • Requirement types (e.g. care)
  • Skills (e.g. basic skills)
  • Individual tasks (e.g. pediatric nursing)

Individual tasks are the lowest branches of the qualification structure's relationship tree.

The competencies are later assessed and weighted by you for each individual employee.

The average values, taking their weighting into account, produce an overall assessment for your employees.

So first consider how you want to structure your qualification structure.

Then define requirement types.

In the "Skills" menu item, you can then assign skills to these requirement types.

In the "Individual tasks" menu item, you define individual tasks and assign them to the requirement types.

These individual tasks will be assigned to the respective workplaces in the next step.

A list of individual tasks could look like this, for example:

You are free to rename the label "Individual tasks", like any other table tab, under "Translations" - for example, if you prefer to refer to "Requirements" with your employees.
