Menu Item "Question Evaluation"
The "Question Evaluation" menu item contains the management of the question evaluation.
The Employee ◄► Catalogs and Employee ◄► Questions tabs provide overviews for this.
Currently, you can only use evaluations via a CSV export for further processing in other programs (e.g. Microsoft Excel).
"Employee ◄► Catalogs" Tab
This overview shows all assignments between employees and question catalogs.
| Catalog | The underlying question catalog is listed here |
| Personnel No. | The personnel number of the assigned employee |
| Last Name | The last name of the assigned employee |
| First Name | The first name of the assigned employee |
| Conversation Date | The conversation date on which the employee conversation is/was conducted |
| Catalog Active | Shows whether the underlying question catalog is active (small checkmark) or not |
| Edit Until | Shows by when the questions of the underlying question catalog should/must be completed |
| Completed | Shows whether the processing and the employee conversation is completed (small checkmark) or not |
"Employee ◄► Questions" Tab
This overview shows all questions and corresponding answers of all question catalogs for all employees.
