Menu Item "Conversation Types"
The "Conversation Types" menu item contains the management of the conversation types list.
| Conversation Type | Assign a conversation type to use for your employee conversations. |
| Self-/Third-Party Assessment (Individual Tasks) | Determines whether these elements are included in employee conversations or not. |
| Self-/Third-Party Assessment (Competencies) | Determines whether these elements are included in employee conversations or not. |
| Automatic Individual Task Update | Determines whether individual tasks are automatically updated once an assessment/rating has been made |
