Setting up such special training/measures is very rare.
Note: Linking a measure/training to an individual task is to be understood as a very strict 1:1 relationship. Such special training/measures are only intended for employees who also have this individual task in their current primary position. If you want to assign this measure/training to an employee without this individual task, you will be alerted with a warning dialog.
Individual Task UpdateIndicates whether a defined individual task should be automatically updated in qualification level. This can raise the rating to the individual task's defined target level or to the maximum rating level

  • Linkage
Measures/training courses that belong together. The order is not important, but all of these measures/training courses must be completed. If one is missing or has not yet been completed, this group cannot be successfully completed.
Module TrainingHere the modules for a master measure/training are defined:
Module TrainingA measure from the measures catalog
Timely (Days)Specifies how many days before the completion of the master measure/training this measure/training must be completed. Zero (0) disables this dependency check.
