Knowledge Test
In Q-GUIDE, a learning objective check can follow each learning topic.
The goal of the learning topics should of course be for you to acquire the necessary knowledge to pass the final test.
Beyond that, you should be able at all times to react correctly in the situations covered by the training, avoid hazards, and work as efficiently as possible.
The learning objective check is intended to ensure that you have understood and internalized what you have learned.
For certain learning topics, it is legally required that you confirm that you have understood what you have learned and will apply it.
In this case, the passed learning objective check also serves as proof for the company.
However, the check does not represent a general assessment of the work performed.
Learning objective checks are created as MULTIPLE CHOICE.
They consist of questions that you must answer using predefined answer options.
If a knowledge test is associated with a learning topic, this topic is only considered fully completed once the predefined percentage of correctly answered questions is reached or exceeded – i.e., the test has been successfully passed.
If a knowledge test has not been passed, it can be taken again.
You should definitely work through the learning topic again before deciding to retake the test.
Note:
A knowledge test that has already been passed cannot be retaken.
