Menu Item "Skills"
In the hierarchical structure of qualifications in your company, skills come into play at the second level.
Skills
| Requirements Profile | Select a requirements profile to which the corresponding skill is to be assigned. Requirements profiles are managed under the "Requirement Types" tab. |
| Skill | Assign an exact name for the skill. |
| Assignment (Remark) | Record further remarks about the respective skills. |
