Menu Item "Target/Actual Employees"

Here you see an overview of all employees with all positions for all individual tasks and their deviations.

Actual	Shows the employee's actual rating for the individual task in question.
Target Definition	Shows the previously defined target score for the individual task at the employee's position.
Deviation	Shows the deviation between the rating and the target score. If the deviation is negative, i.e. the employee's rating is below the target score, the employee is marked in red.
