The special functions of the Preferences ribbon are explained here.

Status Settings

Status

Shows the current status of the measure: open = The measure has not yet been carried out, or it has been carried out but no proofs or, if required, an effectiveness review have been completed yet. completed = The measure is fully completed; proofs and, if required, the effectiveness review have been recorded expired = The measure has expired; the valid-until date has been exceeded archive = Archived measures are only shown in the annual planning. The status information cannot be changed, and no new status information can be added.

Color

Shows the color of the displayed status. Click the field and select an individual color setting from the color picker. Click the various tabs to switch between color profiles.
