Conversation Process

The conversation process (requires Q-Portal and Q-Matrix™) in Q-Matrix™ is based on the following steps:

1) Release

• a release by the employee
• a release by the conversation lead

As long as the release has not been given by both sides, the employee and the conversation lead can change their entries.

Once the release has been given, neither the employee nor the conversation lead can make any further changes to their entries.

2) Conversation Start

• The conversation lead or the employee starts the conversation

Once the conversation has started, both parties can change their entries again until the conversation is concluded.

In addition, the entries of the conversation partner can be viewed.

3) Conversation Conclusion

• The conversation lead concludes the conversation

Once the conversation has ended, no further entries can be changed.

The details of the conversation can still be viewed and/or printed.
