Goals
This overview lists the goals associated with your conversations.
In the default view, all goals are grouped and summarized by conversation date.
The following information is shown to you:
| Date | Contains the conversation date on which the goals were discussed |
| Goal | A goal from the conversation date, for which the other columns contain further information |
| Assessed | This column shows you whether the goal has been assessed ( ) or not ( ) |
| Fiscal Year | The fiscal year of the goal, if available |
| Category | The category of the goal, if available |
| Weighting |
The weighting of the goal, if available Note: In many companies, all goals together should add up to 100%. In these cases, the weighting is used for the relative importance of a goal compared to the other goals. |
| Assessment | Shows you the assessment of the goal |
| Degree of Fulfillment | Shows you the degree of fulfillment of the goal |
| Metric | Shows you the metric of the goal |
