Additional Skills

This function lists all your stored additional skills in tabular form (category, assessment, skill).

Additional skills in Q-Matrix™ represent knowledge and abilities not related to a workplace/position.

For example, you can record driving license information or language skills.

You can also submit your missing additional skills here.

To do this, select a category and describe the missing skill, and provide your assessment (planned or already present).

Clicking Submit stores your entry for the Administrator and HR Department roles.
