Menu Item "Activity Catalog"
This menu item corresponds to this function and shows you, in a matrix, the existing positions and the individual tasks associated with them.

| Assign New Activity | Opens the window for assigning individual tasks to positions (visible only for the Administrator and HR roles) |
| New Position Suggestion | Opens a window in which the information for a new position is collected and entered:![]() Under Position Name you can propose a name for the position. If you have further notes or remarks for the HR department (Administrator and HR roles), you can enter them here, for example that an individual task is missing. The individual task is added by double-clicking on the fields of the activity catalog. |
| Suggestion for Position Extension | Opens a window in which the information for a position to be selected is collected and entered:![]() If you have notes or remarks for the HR department (Administrator and HR roles), you can record them here, for example that an individual task should be renamed. The individual task is added by double-clicking on the fields of the activity catalog. |
| Individual Tasks Without a Position | Opens an overview listing all individual tasks that have not yet been assigned to a position. If this list is empty, every individual task is used in at least one position.![]() |
| Print Activity Catalog | Opens the result according to the defaults. If the Excel template is used, the security notice must be accepted and the small macro for display preparation started. |
Activity Catalog
The activity catalog shows you which individual tasks are carried out at which position.
If a table cell is marked green, the individual task is assigned to the corresponding position.
Using the context menu, you can directly enable or disable a cell, i.e. assign it to the position.
