System Requirements

Q-PORTAL is a browser application that only runs with a web server.

The Q-PORTAL employee portal requires that the server has

• at least ≥ Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6
• a database (≥ Microsoft SQL 2008) ► we recommend using Microsoft SQL Version 2014 or higher
   (The free Express Edition can be used, and the limitations it contains must be observed.)

  installed.

Q-PORTAL cannot be used without a corresponding installation.

We recommend the following components to install all modules on one server:

• Web server: Microsoft Internet Information (MS IIS)
• Web Platform Installer (WebPI) ► For standardized installation of the following IIS components
  • PHP
  • URL Rewrite 2.0
• Separate download (Cannot be installed via WebPI)
  • PHP Manager 1.5.0
  • MS SQL driver for ≥ PHP 7.1
  • Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.2
