Menu Item "Import"

The "Import" menu item contains several functions for reading data from a CSV file.

Pressing the Start Import button imports the data after confirming the prompt.

The result is confirmed with the following dialog.

Employees

After you have selected the CSV file, the mapping of CSV columns to program columns is shown to you:

If a column/field should not be imported, deselect it in the Import column (no checkmark set).

The available Q-Matrix™ field names are as follows:

Note:

A successful import always requires the employee number. Without this information, no import can take place.

If an employee, i.e. an employee number, is no longer included in an import, this employee/employee number is set to inactive.
