Drive Mapping

This function is needed when a user has set up process documents in Q-Matrix™ that point to a local or network drive on the user's PC. Access to these documents via the web server must then be "translated" / replaced.

For Windows networks, specify that network drives are replaced by a network path (UNC).

This ensures that documents are loaded from the web server using the correct data source and the correct directory.

Clicking New lets you create a new, empty "translation" / replacement.

Clicking Edit allows you to change the drive letter and edit the network path.

Clicking Delete removes the "translation" / replacement without further confirmation.
