Menu Item "Training Needs Assessment"

The "Training Needs Assessment" menu item is a kind of survey among Q-Matrix™ users to determine which measures will likely be needed in the coming year/fiscal year.

Before running the survey, mark all measures that should be considered for the needs assessment on the Training Data tab of the Measures Catalog.

Then start the survey using the Selection button:

This lets you determine how many people potentially need which of the marked measures. This can, for example, be used as a preparatory step before budget planning.
