Menu Item "Function Log"

The function log shows you an overview of all key actions in Q-Matrix™.

Currently, logging occurs when persons are added, deleted, or their employee numbers are changed, as well as when person measures are added or deleted.

Access Restriction:

This function menu item is only visible for the admin, HR Department, HR Assistant, and IT Admin roles, and only when the function is enabled.

Note:

Before enabling this function, make sure that this function may be used within the scope of your data protection obligations.

By default, this function is disabled, and no entries are created for the function log.

This data can only be read and exported and should only be generated in time-limited exceptional cases.

One exception may be the deletion of measures, so that it can be better understood where the current process should be optimized, or whether unintended use of the program may be occurring.
