Menu Bar "Applicants"
The menu items of the Applicants menu bar are as follows:
| Applicant Archive | Displays a tabular overview of all archived applicants |
| Applicant Management | Displays a tabular overview of all applicants, where you can track the status of an application |
| Applicant Overview | Displays a tabular overview of all applicants, where you can manage the applicant details |
| New Applicant | Entry form for a new employee/applicant |
| Applicant Status | Management of the status of applications |
| Applicant Source | Management of the sources through which applicants apply to you |
| HR Representative Rules | Automatic assignment of new applicants to an HR representative |
Note:
This menu bar is not visible or available for all roles. Every activated user can use this function.
